This poor site never gets updated. 
These are my progress shots for 1 year, from last January to this January just past. A few outlets online have picked it up – from Cool Hunter https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150615668172463&set=a.135700847462.131849.108605392462&type=1&theater to 9gag, among others – thanks all for the kind words, it’s really been overwhelming and I am still trying to respond to comments and questions. I swear I will update this site more often, just professional work keeps me busier then I can keep up with sometimes. Hopefully I can put up a website soon explaining in more detail how my year transformation went down.
